I hold a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #18310) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

I am an associate counsellor with New Tides Counselling and Wellness.

 

I have experience working with adults, children, caregivers, and families across a variety of contexts.

My areas of practice include:

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and ASD in young people and adults

  • Trauma narratives, including childhood trauma

  • Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

  • Polyvagal-informed therapy, including Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) facilitation

I endeavour to facilitate meaningful conversations and art and play experiences with individuals, siblings, caregivers, families, groups and peer-support networks.
